You can use RON, the network replacer (https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/fil ... 2405917899) to replace already placed tracks (works with 'untouchable' tracks too).
1. Open RON and click on track you want to replace (vanilla or any other)
2. Select in right list replacement track
3. Click on REPLACE ALL button
