I want to know if it's possible to make a repaint of Frecciarossa 1000 to look like PKP Intercity ED250.

Pendolino isn`t Frecciarossa 1000, it is ETR 600 in Italy

PKP Pendolino is the equivalent train of italian ETR 600. Frecciarossa 1000 is an etr 400, a total different train.

Someone should make the etr600 model first and, then, repaint it

The older version of Pendolino "i think it will be the ETR 480, i'm not sure" is equivalent to the Spanish S-104 Renfe Avant i guess.
