Uploaded a quick fix on the two last mods, as I've figured out how the random black magic thingie works. I'll have to split the sounds that are longer than one minute, but now it should be better.

Oh yeah! Thanks for update. Hope in a few days (haha, weeks) I'll finally have time to launch a real game with it (not just a quick trial)
In future maybe I'll create a real Italia Centrale map... dreams, dreams (who could think that studies in corona-epoch would consume THAT much time )

What the mod does is that it changes the sounds played by the game when you do select a station and the ambient sounds that are played randomly when the camera is close to a station.

It's immersive butt it's the same for every station on the map, even cargo.

Well, the developers choose to code it that way, all stations are sharing the same sound config file.

I would write a mod that makes the cargo stations use their own sounds though. Do you think it would be an acceptable solution?

I spoke before thinking, that cannot be done because both type of stations are in fact from the same construction : .\res\construction\station\rail\modular_station\modular_station.con

I Think i have something related to Portuguese train station announcements and it's Lisbon East Intermodal Station Train Announcements, with 1998 - 2009 or 2010 Chimes. The RAR file is just a begining with other announcements
