My theory is that the mods there have some sort of higher priority over the mods from the other folders (they would be loaded "last").

Can you please send your settings.lua file?
It's in your userdata folder (there's a button in the settings menu now, so you can easily reach it.

As far as I can tell it's not from the Buses mod, so I'm looking for what could interfere.

The date format probably is linked to the ingame language setting. Is "All Available" a mod or the option? Thanks for the extra details, I'll look that way. Edit: I still cannot replicate the issue. Is it anything specific you can tell us about your set up?

What the mod does is that it changes the sounds played by the game when you do select a station and the ambient sounds that are played randomly when the camera is close to a station.

It's immersive butt it's the same for every station on the map, even cargo.

Uploaded a quick fix on the two last mods, as I've figured out how the random black magic thingie works. I'll have to split the sounds that are longer than one minute, but now it should be better.
